HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Making a return is quick and easy. Here are the steps to make a refund request:
- Please email email@example.com within 14 days from the date you receive your item(s). Please make the subject of the email Return Request and include your order number, e.g. “Return Request – Order 541109”
- Your full name
- The item name you wish to return
- The size you originally bought
- A brief description of the issue you've experience, and if you would like a refund or store credit.
- Add a note in your parcel with your full name and order number.
- Send the item back to us with the courier of your choice. We advise tracked and insured shipping. Please put the item value of the parcel as $20 or under. If this is not done we may not be able to accept your return.
StayDolled do not cover the shipping fees for returned items, this is the responsibility of the customer. We urge customers returning their items back to us to use a tracked and insured postal service, as well as keeping their proof of postage.
We are not responsible for any item(s) unsuccessfully returned back to our office; it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the returns delivery is successful. In the event of an unsuccessful item return we will not be liable to offer a refund or store-credit on the item(s).
Please be aware all items will be inspected upon return. Items must be undamaged and in its original state of packaging, including tags, stickers and anti-tamper ribbons. StayDolled reserve the right to refuse a refund on items not returned in the required state. If you send back your item outside of our 14 day timeframe, your return cannot be processed. If your return is approved, your return will be refunded via store credit or secure payment back to the card you paid with.
Like many retailers, we reduce prices of our items periodically. If you purchase an item before the price is reduced, we are not obliged to honour the newly reduced sale price for you.
Once your returned item has been received by us, please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed.
Please Note: During holidays and times of high volume, returns are subject to delays.
If after 14 business days you are still waiting to receive an email about your refund or store credit, please contact our Customer Care team via E-Mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name & Order Number.
StayDolled aim to produce high quality products, and we endeavour to achieve this through our extensive quality control process. In the event that you receive a damaged/ faulty item, please follow the steps to make a return, and also include send an email including photographic evidence in the email. In this case, we can offer you an exchange, refund or store credit.
Items will be inspected upon return and we can only accept the return of a faulty item as long as it is in its original state of packaging, including tags and anti-tamper ribbon.
ORDER ADJUSTMENTS/ CANCELLATIONS
Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled by emailing us at email@example.com. Please make the subject of the email Cancel Order Request and include your order number, e.g. “Cancel Order Request – Order 541109”. We can only accept cancellation requests made within the first two hours after the order was placed.
REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS
We are unable to offer refunds on sale items, all items purchased during a sale period are final and cannot be refunded.
